My friend and I get together once a week in La Jolla and we go to this little European Bistro. They are always very friendly, they bake incredible breads...Foccacia and multigrain my favorite. I usually order the Chicken Pesto Panini. They also make their own pesto. Their chocolate empanada is out of this world with a nice cafe latte. The even have paella for about $7.00 a plate and other hot dishes. The chicken and tuna salad is excellent too.  Go check it out. Also ask for a spinach and cheese empanada. We love it. The only bad thing is that they close at 6pm.
