It all started with a tortilla in 1963, when Roberto Robledo opened a tortilla factory in San Ysidro. With the success of the tortillas, came the creation of the Roberto's burrito. In 1964 the Robledo family opened their first restaurant and sold their carne asada burritos for 10 cents! Today Roberto's continues to serve fast Mexican food specialties at reasonable prices.
