A brisket, two guys and a lotta smoke. That is somewhat how it started. You grow up anywhere near Austin Texas; you cannot help but dream in BBQ. Like all good things, word got around, and since that first little restaurant, Pok-e-Jo’s BBQ has grown right along with Austin until now there are five different restaurants, each one as unique as the neighborhood you’ll find it in.
