Review:
If you have money to celebrate, this is the place to spend it. While it is on the pricier side of restaurants, it delivers every bit of value in it's food and service.
The waiters were the perfect mix of attending to our needs, and giving us space to eat and talk. The food was delivered quickly, and perfectly prepared.
The pea soup w/ crab cake and date/ walnut salad appetizers were fantastic.
I got roasted chicken with bacon crumbles on top, and vegetables on the side. My limited culinary vocabulary cannot do it justice. It was fantastic! perfectly tender, the bacon crumbles miraculously contained only the meat, and not the white fat pieces. Every bite was the perfect mix of crunchy and tender.
My husband got the stake and roasted potatoes. It was also delicious, and a generous portion. (Sometimes fine dining gives you a delicious bite, and calls that your meal... not Georges).
We will definitely go back... but probably not too often as the "belt tightening" is still in effect
